Muffin Cake Recipe with Rahman Industry’s Muffin Tray
Ingredients (for 12 muffins):
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup sugar
1 tbsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
1 cup milk (room temperature)
½ cup unsalted butter (melted)
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Lightly grease or line the Rahman Industry cupcake or muffin tray.
Mix dry ingredients: In a bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Mix wet ingredients: In another bowl, combine the milk, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla.
Combine: Slowly add the wet mixture to the dry mixture. Stir gently until just combined; do not overmix.
Fill tray: Pour the batter evenly into the muffin tray cavities, filling each about ⅔ full.
Bake: Place the tray in the oven and bake for 18 to 22 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Cool and release: Allow the muffins to cool for 5 minutes before removing them. Thanks to the non-stick tray, they release smoothly without crumbs.
Result: Fluffy, golden muffins that slide out easily, ready to enjoy!
